We are not a government authority and do not issue visas. Final decisions are always made by the Royal Thai Government (Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or other authorities).

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents.

  • Comply with Thai immigration laws and regulations.

  • Pay all service fees, government fees, and related costs on time.

  • Understand that submission of false or misleading information may result in rejection or legal consequences.

3. Service Fees & Payments

  • ThaiVisaCare service fees are separate from official government fees.

  • All fees will be communicated clearly in advance with no hidden charges.

  • Payments must be made in full before the submission of your application unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are non-refundable once services have been provided, even if your application is denied by immigration authorities.

4. Processing Times & Outcomes

  • Processing times vary depending on visa type, government workload, and client cooperation.

  • ThaiVisaCare does not guarantee visa approval or processing speed, as final decisions are made by government authorities.

  • We will make every effort to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism throughout the process.

5. Limitation of Liability

ThaiVisaCare will not be held responsible for:

  • Delays, denials, or cancellations caused by Thai immigration or government authorities.

  • Losses or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client.

  • Travel disruptions or expenses resulting from visa or work permit issues outside of our control.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your information with care. All documents and personal data are kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • If you cancel before we begin work, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Once documents have been prepared or submitted, service fees are non-refundable.

  • Government fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Communication

  • ThaiVisaCare communicates via email, WhatsApp, phone, and in-office consultations.

  • Clients are responsible for providing valid contact details and checking messages regularly.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
